Kay Harper, owner of Celerity, has a passion for seeing organizations work well together, where leaders and team members have focus, energy, and creativity. Meet Kay Harper

Kay Harper is an experienced professional coach that helps individuals and teams excel in their careers by investing in the people and processes of their organization. She is an expert at developing culture, teamwork, and emerging leadership practices while motivating groups to work together during this enlightening transition. She also specializes in implementing delivery frameworks and improving strategies and processes, in order to reach tangible results.

It all started in 2011 when Kay recognized the growing demand for leading and working in a new way. She started her own company in 2014 with a determined focus on partnering with people and organizations as they make a shift toward positive change. Kay is passionate about being a catalyst for organizations as they navigate this transformation, speeding up the rate in which individuals and teams become more engaged and productive.

Kay’s 20+ years of experience working in various industries and companies of all sizes enable her to assist leaders and teams on their unique journeys. Her lifelong experience as a leader, coach, and consultant gives Kay a keen understanding of what’s needed to help businesses thrive in the increasingly unpredictable market. Kay specializes in helping organizations grow and reach higher levels of success, even in challenging times of exponential change.

In addition, Kay is an Accreditor for the International Consortium for Agile, where she works with organizations and training providers to ensure alignment with quality learning objectives and foster interactive learning experiences that cultivate an agile mindset and enable sustainable organizational agility.

She is a faculty member of Team Catapult where she leads transformational courses that focus on teaching leaders and coaches the skills of coaching people and teams to higher performance. Kay is also certified to utilize the Leadership Circle Profile to create awareness for individuals regarding their leadership approach. Kay volunteers for many local and international groups and is a founding member of Agilehood KC, a non-profit group that supports, fosters, and educates the Kansas City community in Lean/Agile mindsets and practices.
